Ashara Shapiro: owner of ArtWRKD in Newtown, PA will open the doors for her March exhibitions this Friday at 6pm. I have 5 small sculptural works in the upstairs gallery alongside the figurative, contemporary painter: Rachel Romano. Together, our combined works have the theme, Dauntless which is the title of our show.
Ashara runs the 1st Friday opening as a "Happening" and brings in performance artists and/or musicians to expand the celebration and offer (through their artforms) some interpretations of the works being shown.
This event has a suggested donation ($25 with a sliding scale). Donations are on a voluntary basis once in the gallery. It does, however have an RSVP that is required. So hit this LINK and join me at the party this Friday!! The show is free and open to the public from March 8th - March 30th.
